Illinois Statutes § 5/6-47 Entering of order-Appeal

Up to Article 6: Registration of Electors in Certain Cities, Villages and Incorporated Towns

In case said court shall refuse any such application, an order shall be entered accordingly on the Wednesday following the session of the court held for the purpose aforesaid. Appeals may be taken as in other civil cases.
