Illinois Statutes § 5/6-59.1 Registrations in municipality under jurisdiction of board of election commissioners

Up to Article 6: Registration of Electors in Certain Cities, Villages and Incorporated Towns

Statute Text

The board of election commissioners and its appointed deputy registrars shall accept the registration of any qualified person residing in the county in which the municipality under the jurisdiction of such board is situated and shall transmit such registrations to the county clerk prior to the close of registration before an election.
