Illinois Statutes § 5/6-62 Monthly report of deaths among voting age residents
Statute Text
It shall be the duty of the person or officer having charge of the vital records of a city, village or incorporated town to furnish to the board of election commissioners, monthly, a report of the names and previous residences of all persons over 18 years of age that have died during the preceding month.
