Illinois Statutes § 5/6-63 Striking of names of criminals and deceased from precinct registers
Statute Text
It shall be the duty of the board of election commissioners to strike the names of all such criminals and of all such deceased persons from the registers of the precinct in which any such person is registered, noting opposite such name the cause for which it was stricken.
