Indiana Statutes § 3-10-1-10 Persons entitled to challenge voter

Up to Chapter 1: Primary Elections in General Election Years

Only a voter who is a member of the political party for whose candidates a person is offering to vote at a primary election may challenge the person on the ground of party affiliation.
