Indiana Statutes § 3-10-1-17 Colored ballot labels; party designation

Up to Chapter 1: Primary Elections in General Election Years

Political parties may be distinguished in a primary election by the use of different color paper ballots, ballot cards, or ballot labels. The party name shall be placed before the list of candidates of the party.
