Indiana Statutes § 3-10-1-19.7 Certain information not required on ballot

Up to Chapter 1: Primary Elections in General Election Years

The ballot for a primary election is not required to contain the information set forth under IC 3-11-2-10 , IC 3-11-13-11 , or IC 3-11-14-3.5 concerning:
(1) write-in voting; or
(2) independent candidates or independent tickets (described in IC 3-11-2-6 );
except when an office for which write-in candidates or independent candidates or independent tickets (described in IC 3-11-2-6 ) are permitted is elected at the same time as the primary election.
