Indiana Statutes § 3-10-11-1 Applicability of chapter

⤴ Up to Chapter 11: Special Procedures for Certain Indiana Voters to Vote in Precinct of Former Residence

Statute Text

This chapter:
(1) applies to a general, municipal, primary, school district, and special election; and
(2) is enacted to implement Article 2, Section 2(c) of the Constitution of the State of Indiana.
