Indiana Statutes § 3-10-2-1 Date of general election; offices to be filled
Statute Text
A general election shall be held on the first Tuesday after the first Monday in November in each even-numbered year. All offices whose terms will expire before the next general election shall be filled at the election, unless otherwise provided by law.
