Indiana Statutes § 3-10-5-13 Filing of petitions and acceptances; preservation
Statute Text
All petitions and acceptances must be filed with the circuit court clerk no later than noon thirty (30) days before the date of the election. The clerk shall preserve the petitions and make them available for public inspection.
