Indiana Statutes § 3-10-5-15 Objections

Up to Chapter 5: State Conventions Concerning United States Constitutional Amendments

Statute Text

If an objection to a decision of the circuit court clerk is made, the clerk shall immediately certify the objection and the petition to the election division. The commission shall consider the objection, and the decision of the commission is final.
