Indiana Statutes § 3-10-5-18 Arrangement of names on ballot

Up to Chapter 5: State Conventions Concerning United States Constitutional Amendments

Statute Text

The ballot prescribed by section 17 of this chapter shall be arranged so that a voter may, by making a single voting mark, vote for an entire group of nominees whose names are in one column.
