Indiana Statutes § 3-10-5-23 Certification of delegates
Statute Text
Not later than noon ten (10) days after the election, each circuit court clerk shall:
(1)
certify the election of each delegate to the election division; and
(2)
deliver a certificate of election to each successful delegate.
