Indiana Statutes § 3-10-5-6 Qualifications of delegate

⤴ Up to Chapter 5: State Conventions Concerning United States Constitutional Amendments

Statute Text

A candidate for delegate to a convention held under this chapter must be:
(1) a resident of the county; and
(2) a registered voter.
