Indiana Statutes § 3-10-7-1 Application of chapter
Statute Text
(a)
This chapter applies to municipal elections in towns having a population of less than three thousand five hundred (3,500) that are not located entirely or partially within a county having a consolidated city.
(b)
Prison inmates may not be counted in determining population size for purposes of this chapter.
