Indiana Statutes § 3-10-7-23 Powers and duties of precinct election board

Up to Chapter 7: Municipal Elections in Small Towns Located Outside Marion County

Statute Text

Except as otherwise provided in this chapter, a precinct election board for a municipal election has the same powers and duties, and is subject to the same qualifications and penalties, as a precinct election board appointed for a general election under IC 3-6-6-1 .
