Indiana Statutes § 3-10-7-28 Appointment of nominees; vacancies
Statute Text
A town election board shall appoint the persons who are nominated under sections 26 and 27 of this chapter. A vacancy in an office shall be filled by an appointment made upon the recommendation of the board member who nominated the original officer.
