Indiana Statutes § 3-10-7-29 Challengers; pollbook holders

Up to Chapter 7: Municipal Elections in Small Towns Located Outside Marion County

Statute Text

Each political party that has a candidate on the ballot in a municipal election under this chapter may appoint one (1) challenger and one (1) pollbook holder for each precinct in the town. These persons have the same powers and duties, and are subject to the same qualifications and penalties, as challengers and pollbook holders appointed under IC 3-6-7-1 .
