Indiana Statutes § 3-10-7-5 Town in county having a consolidated city; conduct of election by county election board

Up to Chapter 7: Municipal Elections in Small Towns Located Outside Marion County

Statute Text

The county election board shall conduct a municipal election in a town that is located in a county having a consolidated city. The county election board shall conduct the municipal election in the same manner as it conducts a consolidated city election. However, a town that is subject to this section is not required to reimburse the county for any of the expenses of conducting a municipal election.
