Indiana Statutes § 3-10-7-7 Town election boards; members
Statute Text
If a town election board is established under section 5.5 of this chapter, the town election board consists of the following three (3) members:
(1)
The town chairman of each of the major political parties appointed under IC
3-8-5-3
.
(2)
The town clerk-treasurer.
