Indiana Statutes § 3-11-1.5-10.5 Incorrect census boundaries; precinct boundaries following corrected boundaries

(a)
This section applies when the office determines that a boundary depicted on a census block boundary map prepared by the United States Bureau of the Census is in error.
(b)
The commission may approve a precinct boundary under this chapter that follows a corrected boundary as determined by the commission. The election division shall record this approval in the minutes of the commission.
(c)
The office shall annotate the corrected boundary in the GIS.
