Indiana Statutes § 3-11-1.5-23 Filing of orders
Statute Text
(a)
The county executive shall file a copy of the order issued under section 22 of this chapter with the co-directors not later than seven (7) days after its issuance.
(b)
The co-directors shall send a copy of the order to the office not later than seven (7) days after the co-directors receive the order.
