Indiana Statutes § 3-11-1.5-36 Delegation of responsibilities of county executive
Statute Text
The county executive may adopt an order to delegate some or all of the county executive's responsibilities under this chapter to the county election board. The order may not take effect until a copy of the order has been filed with the election division.
