Indiana Statutes § 3-11-11-14 Deposit of ballots in ballot box
Statute Text
Upon displaying the initials on the ballots to the inspector (or the judge who is temporarily authorized to act for the inspector), the voter shall:
(1)
deposit the ballots in the ballot box; or
(2)
deliver the ballots to the inspector, who shall deposit the ballots in the ballot box.
