Indiana Statutes § 3-11-11-4 Initial of poll clerk on each ballot

Up to Chapter 11: Voting by Paper Ballot

Statute Text

Upon receipt of the ballots and pen under section 3 of this chapter, the poll clerks or assistant poll clerks immediately shall place their initials in ink on the back of each ballot. The initials must be in the clerks' ordinary handwriting or printing and without a distinguishing mark of any kind.
