Indiana Statutes § 3-11-14-11 Rotation of candidate names on ballot system
Statute Text
A county election board may require that the names of candidates for nomination at a primary election be rotated alphabetically on electronic voting systems. If the board does so, the names shall be rotated by precincts in regular serial sequence, so that each name of a list or group of candidates for an office appears upon the systems an equal number of times, as nearly as practicable, at the top, at the bottom, and in each intermediate place under the title of the office sought.
