Indiana Statutes § 3-11-14-3 Ballot labels
Statute Text
(a)
The county election board shall furnish ballot labels prepared as required by section 3.5 of this chapter.
(b)
The county election board shall have the ballot labels printed:
(1)
in black ink on clear white material;
(2)
in the size that will fit on an electronic system; and
(3)
in plain, clear type as space will reasonably permit.
