Indiana Statutes § 3-11-14-4 Distinctive party ballot labels

Political parties may be distinguished in a primary election by the use of different color ballot labels. The party device for a political party that has been adopted in accordance with IC 3-8 and the party name or other designation shall be prefixed to the list of candidates of the party.
