Indiana Statutes § 3-11-15-15 Ballot counting devices and equipment; tests and diagnostic procedures
Statute Text
The tests and diagnostic procedures described in section 14 of this chapter:
(1)
may be executed manually or automatically; and
(2)
must allow for operator intervention to validate the proper execution of individually selected equipment functions.
