Indiana Statutes § 3-11-15-16 Electronic voting system; verification

Statute Text

Each electronic voting system or vote recording and data processing device shall contain hardware and software provisions for verifying:
(1) its proper preparation for an election; and
(2) that both the hardware and the software are functioning correctly.
