Indiana Statutes § 3-11-2-7 Cautionary statement

⤴ Up to Chapter 2: General Election Ballot Form for Paper Ballots

Statute Text

The following statement shall be printed in underlined print at the extreme top of a ballot to be used in an election covered by this title: "It is a crime to falsify this ballot or to violate Indiana election laws.".
