Indiana Statutes § 3-11-3-15 Failure of inspector to appear at circuit court clerk's office under IC 3-11-3-10
Statute Text
If an inspector fails to appear at the office of the circuit court clerk under section 10 of this chapter, the inspector is not entitled to compensation for services at the election.
