Indiana Statutes § 3-11-3-27 Failure or refusal to report and make proof of loss of ballots
Statute Text
If the person in custody of the ballots fails or refuses to report and make proof of the loss as required by section 26 of this chapter, then any voter may do so. Upon such a report the election board from which the ballots were obtained immediately shall send a new supply of ballots by special messenger, as provided in other cases.
