Indiana Statutes § 3-11-4-15 Ballots prepared and printed under direction of county election board; delivery to circuit court clerk

Up to Chapter 4: Eligibility and Application for Absentee Ballot

Statute Text

The absentee ballots that are prepared and printed under the direction of a county election board shall be delivered to the circuit court clerk (or the board acting under IC 3-6-5.2 or IC 3-6-5.6 ) at least fifty (50) days before a general, primary, special, or municipal election.
