Indiana Statutes § 3-11-7-5 Requisites of systems
Statute Text
A ballot card voting system must be:
(1)
suitably designed for the purpose used;
(2)
of durable construction;
(3)
safe, efficient, and accurate in the conduct of elections and counting of ballots; and
(4)
in compliance with the standards for systems that are purchased after the effective date of the standards established under this chapter and IC
3-11-15
.
