Indiana Statutes § 3-11-7-6 Counting of vote; voting straight or split ticket variations
Statute Text
A ballot card voting system must count a ballot in accordance with IC
3-12-1-7
when a voter votes a straight ticket vote and votes for individual candidates as described by IC
3-12-1-7
.
