Indiana Statutes § 3-11-8-12 No adjournment or recess after opening of polls until closed

Statute Text

After the opening of the polls, there may be no adjournment or recess until after the polls have been closed and the inspector is ready to leave with the ballot box and other documents and papers to be delivered to the circuit court clerk.
