Indiana Statutes § 3-11-8-13 Restrictions on inspector, judge, or poll clerk of precinct after closing of polls
Statute Text
An inspector, judge, or poll clerk of a precinct may not vote after the polls have closed nor make a statement concerning the result of the election before the closing of the polls.
