Indiana Statutes § 3-11-8-27 Challenge of voter by precinct election board member
Statute Text
If a member of a precinct election board is not satisfied that a person who offers to vote is the person who the person represents the person to be, the member may challenge the person and the person may vote only if the person signs the affidavit required to be signed by voters who are challenged under section 20 of this chapter.
