Indiana Statutes § 3-11-8-27.5 Challenged voter entitled to cast provisional ballot

In accordance with 52 U.S.C. 21082 , a voter challenged under section 27 of this chapter is entitled to cast a provisional ballot under IC 3-11.7 after executing the affidavit under section 23 of this chapter.
