Indiana Statutes § 3-11-8-6 Location of polls in accessible and secure facility

Up to Chapter 8: Voting Procedures Generally

Statute Text

(a) The county executive shall locate the polls for each precinct in an accessible and secure facility.
(b) In locating the polls for a precinct, a county shall consider the relevant factors to ensure the security of the location set forth in guidance provided by the secretary of state.
