Indiana Statutes § 3-11.5-3-3 Candidate appointed watchers; rights and requirements

Up to Chapter 3: Watchers for Political Parties, Candidates, and the Media

Statute Text

(a) A candidate entitled to appoint a watcher under IC 3-6-9 may appoint a watcher at a central location for counting absentee ballots.
(b) A watcher appointed under this section:
(1) has the rights; and
(2) must follow the requirements;
set forth in IC 3-6-9 .
