Indiana Statutes § 3-11.5-5-5 Uninterrupted vote count procedures

Up to Chapter 5: Counting of Absentee Ballots Cast on Paper Ballots

Statute Text

To minimize delay, the absentee ballot counters shall continue the count without interruption until all absentee ballots for the precinct are canvassed and the certificates required by this chapter are prepared and delivered to the person entitled to receive the certificates.
