Indiana Statutes § 3-11.7-4-1 Applicability of statutes governing watchers

⤴ Up to Chapter 4: Watchers for Political Parties, Candidates, and the Media

The following apply for the purposes of IC 3-6-8 , IC 3-6-9 , and IC 3-6-10 :
(1) The location for counting provisional ballots shall be treated the same as a precinct poll.
(2) A provisional ballot counter shall be treated the same as a precinct election official.
