Indiana Statutes § 3-12-11-19.5 Recount or contest proceeding for presidential electors; conclusion

⤴ Up to Chapter 11: Recount and Contest Procedures for Presidential Primary Elections and Nomination for and Election to Federal, State, and Legislative Offices

Statute Text

As required under 3 U.S.C. 5 , any recount or contest proceeding concerning the election of presidential electors must be concluded not later than six (6) days before the time fixed by federal law for the meeting of the presidential electors.
