Indiana Statutes § 3-12-11-5 Failure to file cross-petition or answer to a petition; admission of truth; presumption

Up to Chapter 11: Recount and Contest Procedures for Presidential Primary Elections and Nomination for and Election to Federal, State, and Legislative Offices

Statute Text

The failure to file either a cross-petition or an answer to a petition for a recount or contest does not:
(1) constitute an admission of the truth of the allegations of the petition; or
(2) imply a presumption in favor of the petition.
