Indiana Statutes § 3-12-2-2 Viewing of counting of votes by inspector and judge of opposite political party

Up to Chapter 2: Counting of Paper Ballot Votes

Statute Text

During the counting of the votes, the inspector and the judge of the opposite political party from the inspector shall view the ballots as the names of the candidates voted for are read from the ballots.
