Indiana Statutes § 3-12-2-3 Protest of ballot by member of precinct election board

Up to Chapter 2: Counting of Paper Ballot Votes

Statute Text

During the counting of the votes, any member of the precinct election board may protest the counting of any ballot or any part of a ballot.
