Indiana Statutes § 3-12-3-4 Opening of ballot cards container and removal of contents
Statute Text
At a central counting location each container of ballot cards shall be opened and its contents removed. The ballot cards shall be:
(1)
checked to determine if the cards are properly grouped; and
(2)
arranged so that all similar cards from a precinct are together.
