Indiana Statutes § 3-12-3-6 Duplicate ballot card to be clearly labeled and bear serial number

All duplicate ballot cards must:
(1)
be clearly labeled "duplicate"; and
(2)
bear a serial number, which shall be recorded on the damaged or defective card.
